'The Nashta club' is a self-help group, developed in partnership with Sandwell SHAPE project, which is part of Sandwell Mind to support the Asian community in North Smethwick. Majority of the women accessing this service suffer from primary mental health needs and have voiced the need for services to empower them in taking part in a regular activity to help them to deal with issues and problems and have a platform to share ideas and interests with women who are going through similar situations.
